Flowers

Some of your flowers may arrive in bud to ensure longevity.  Please follow the bouquet care card instructions enclosed which should enable your flowers to last for approx. 5 days.  Some of our flowers may be poisonous or harmful please contact us via phone or email if require more information.

Your seasonal flowers will be chosen from what is looking their best in our garden therefore we cannot be specific about varieties at the time of ordering.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery service is only within mainland UK.  Flowers need to be ordered 48 hours prior to delivery. They will be delivered to your requested address either via Royal Mail or courier on the agreed delivery date.  Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address information. Flowers must be signed for.  We cannot take responsibility for the condition of your flowers if the recipient is not available to sign for them.  In the event that a recipient won’t be available to sign for flowers this needs to be noted at the time of ordering with clear instructions as to a safe place for the flowers to be left.  In this instance flowers will be left at the recipients own risk.

Whilst we will endeavour to deliver your flowers on the requested delivery date in the very rare occasion we are not able to honour the requested date you will be given as much prior notice as possible and will be entitled to  either a full refund or an alternative delivery date (to the same address).

Payment

Payments may be made using a PayPal account via the PayPal website. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery if, for any reason, your card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Transfer of ownership of our bouquets will not happen until we receive payment in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel an order in writing 48 hours prior to the booked delivery date.  A full refund will be processed.

If upon receipt of your flowers they are damaged please contact us by phone or email within 24hours of receipt.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd party.
